The Hitachi Magnetic Base Drill is a 720W electric drill with a 1 400 kg magnetic pulling force, designed for drilling into structural steel and metalwork where a standard drill cannot be held securely in position. The 13mm keyed chuck handles standard HSS and carbide drill bits for accurate, vibration-free drilling in steel. Available for hire from Wenbro.
