At Wenbro Hire, we strive to provide you with high-quality equipment that meets your needs. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 087 073 7777 or email info@wenbrohire.co.za and provide your order number, the reason for the return, your original invoice and a copy of your banking details. We will then provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
- A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returned goods unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
- Refunds will only be issued after the item/s have been inspected by our team to ensure it is complete, undamaged, and unused.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned.
- Consumable items such as fuel, oil, and blades.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items that have been modified or altered in any way.
- Items that are returned after 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
