What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods manufactured by and purchased from Wenbro Hire.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Rectification & Resolution
During the Warranty Period, Wenbro Hire will repair or replace, products or parts of a product, using new or refurbished replacement parts, that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, on the part of Wenbro Hire, under normal use and maintenance.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Wenbro Hire is 12 months from the date of purchase.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Is Not Covered By This Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem, fault or running issue that is caused by:
– Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
– Badly damaged equipment
– Machines definitively un-serviced (no oil, blocked air filter, blocked carburettor, old spark plugs)
– Equipment purchased from a third party

What Is Required Of The Customer?
To obtain warranty service, please contact your nearest branch with your machine details & purchase info (date & proof of payment) to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note that a proof of purchase will be required in order to make a warranty claim.
